1. Membership in the preferred players club is free.
2. All individuals must be 18 years or older.
3. Valid photo I.D. is required to receive a Preferred Players Club Card and to redeem points or awarded certificates. Only the person whose name appears on the card can redeem points.
4. Preferred Players Club Cards, points and awards are non-transferable.
5. One member per account.
6. Multiple cards can be issued for members who wish to play multiple machines at a time.
7. Members may not distribute, loan, or in any way allow another person to use the Preferred Players Club Card.
8. Management reserves the right to adjust point balances resulting from malfunction, operational error and/or fraud. Management reserves the right to confiscate cards from members who fail to follow these rules or have been barred from the premises by Muckleshoot Tribal Gaming and all accumulated value on account may be forfeited.
9. It is the member’s responsibility to properly insert the card when playing.
10. All points in an account that have not been redeemed may be deleted if no activity has occurred on that account for a period of one (1) year. Notification will be sent via mail to the address listed on the account before any points shall be deleted.
11. In the event of a dispute, MIB offers a process where resolutions can be reviewed. A player’s claim/dispute form can be attained and immediate attention will be provided.
12. Management reserves the right at any time to change or revise policies and/or benefits without notice.
13. Award certificates for meals and cash back must be used on the dates they are issued. Certificates for the gift shop, hotels and/or shopping are valid for five days from the date issued.
14. If you do not wish to receive mail you must notify a preferred player’s club representative.
15. MIB employees are not eligible to participate. Please use all preferred players club points prior to employment.
16. Points are property of MIB. Points hold no cash value and can be voided at anytime.
17. Points may not be redeemable for any alcohol related products.
