As a member, every time you play, you earn valuable points for free bingo, free Vegas-Style machine play, meals, coffee and merchandise. It’s that easy!
- Membership in the Muckleshoot Bingo Players Club is free.
- All individuals must be 18 years or older.
- Valid photo I.D. is required to receive a Players Club Card and to redeem points or awarded certificates. Only the person whose name appears on the card can redeem points.
- Player Club cards, points, and awards are non-transferable.
- One member per account.
- Multiple cards can be issued for members who wish to play multiple machines at a time.
- Members may not distribute, loan, or in any way allow another person to use their Players Club card.
- Management reserves the right to adjust point balances resulting from malfunction, operational error and/or fraud. Management reserves the right to confiscate cards from members who fail to follow these rules or have been barred from the premises by Muckleshoot Tribal Gaming and all accumulated value on account will be forfeited.
- It is the member’s responsibility to properly insert the card when playing.
- All points in an account that have not been redeemed may be deleted if no activity has occurred on that account for a period of one (1) year.
- In the event of a dispute, MIB offers a process where resolutions can be reviewed. A player’s claim/dispute form can be attained and immediate attention will be provided.
- Management reserves the right at any time to change or revise policies and/or benefits without notice.
- If you do not wish to receive mail or emails you must notify a Players Club attendant.
- Points are property of MIB. Points hold no cash value and can be voided at anytime.
- Points cannot be redeemed for any alcohol related products.
